Information We Collect

We collect candidate details such as name, email, mobile number, address, education details, selected application, family details, uploaded documents, profile photo, payment amount, and payment screenshot.

How We Use Information

Your information is used to process placement registration, verify eligibility, review uploaded documents, verify registration fee payment, communicate application status, and maintain admin records.

Document And Payment Proof

Uploaded documents and payment screenshots are visible to authorized admin users only. Admin users may approve or reject payment proof and update candidate application status.

Data Security

Candidate passwords are stored as hashes. Uploaded files and registration records should be hosted on a secured server with restricted admin access.

Candidate Access

After login, candidates can view their submitted profile and payment status. Once payment proof is uploaded, candidate data remains read-only and cannot be edited by the candidate.
